It’s just like yesterday when we jumped start 2023 with the ALA LibLearnX in New Orleans. In the middle of spring, we had jam-packed book fairs. We flew to The London Book Fair and returned to the U.S. for the Golden State Book Tour. With the pool of professional publishers and marketers at ReadersMagnet (RM), indie authors have more to expect for the rest of the year.

ReadersMagnet book events in the third and fourth quarter of 2023 are more exhilarating. The fact of the matter is that we’re almost circumnavigating the globe to ensure more exposure for self-published authors. After flying to Hong Kong Book Fair and attending more events in the United States from July to September, RM will be going to Germany, Mexico, and back to New York in the last quarter. Continue reading to find out the exciting online and offline book fairs you can join to boost your author branding and book marketing before 2023 ends.

ReadersMagnet is honored to join in celebrating 75 years with the book fair organized by Frankfurter Buchmesse (FBM). We are more than happy to bring our authors to the Frankfurt Trade Fair grounds in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Mark your calendar and see you there on October 18 – 22, 2023.

Empire State Book Confab

ReadersMagnet Book Confab was born in New York last year. It is one of the premier ReadersMagnet book events ever created and ever present in the self-publishing industry. It is designed to gather book enthusiasts, particularly indie authors, for the purpose of giving them a platform to gain more exposure and connection.

Planned to resurface in the last week of October 2023, the RM Book Confab hopes to go back to Tribeca. We aim to beat the best that we did last year. From book displays and #BookTok to author interviews and live stream videos, ReadersMagnet will recalibrate the platform where authors can get heard.

The Festival of Storytellers

Similar to RM Book Confab, The Festival of Storytellers (TFOS) is also an original creation of ReadersMagnet. As one of the regular ReadersMagnet book events, TFOS is expected to happen for two weeks in the first half of November. Fortunately, anyone from anywhere around the globe can attend the book festival since it is virtual.

TFOS is created during the pandemic for authors who are homebound or want to connect with book lovers wherever they are situated. It offers an opportunity for indie writers to get online exposure and gain more followers, potential buyers, and a network of bookworms.
