Gratitude for the Gift of Life
We are living in a time of unprecedented questions and challenges. Yet, this state of disarray was not God's original intention. It seems that everything else in the world, from natural cycles to planetary shifts, is functioning precisely as it should.
Consider the air, which purifies itself with rain; the ground, which breathes and is nourished; and the earth, which realigns itself through quakes. When natural disasters like tsunamis or hurricanes occur, they are not merely destructive but part of a process to restore balance and beauty. This is God's way of repositioning what is out of place.
God's actions are intentional and transparent. If we dedicate time to knowing Him, we will be granted the clarity to hear His word and understand His purpose.
A healthy fear of God is not about dread, but about a profound respect for all He does for us daily. He wakes us up and provides us with opportunities for rest from our busy lives. I am humbled by His mercy and grace, and though I may never be able to fully thank Him, I strive to do so each day by remembering all that He does for our families, friends, and neighbors.
