This book is the second volume of the journey of an awakening Soul from the Spirit world where I was first invited to enter into this human journey, to the group room with other Souls where we picked the beliefs that would be the driving force of our human experiences, and then wrote the script for the life we would live as we went from Spirit, to human, to human/Spirit.
Volume II are my journal writings for 2020, as a seemingly normal year was totally altered by a world-wide pandemic called the Corona Virus where everyone on the planet was forced into isolation and movement on the planet was at a standstill. For many people, this was the worst year of their lives. For me, it was one of the best years of my life.

Patricia has a master’s degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology, obtained from the Naropa Institute in Boulder, CO. She has worked as a government employee for 30+ years in Corrections, in Child Protection as a Social Worker, at Job Corps as a Vocational Counselor, at the Veteran’s Administration as a Case Worker, and at a non-profit as a Support Worker that provides safe spot communities for the homeless to get off the street—all while attending retreats, trainings, and workshops to receive a Hypnotherapy Certification, a Breath Work Certification, a Massage Certification, a Reiki Master Certification and a Peer Support Certification. Having spent much of her life focused on the survival aspects of our broken government system, she’s now ready to step into the world of thrive and focus her attention on how to co-create a new model that is working in collaboration, cooperation, and partnership for Win/Win/Win outcomes.
