Ivan Hunt grew up on a farm in Oklahoma in the 1950’s. He entered the University of Oklahoma only to find employment was difficult because of his draft status. He joined the Air Force and was trained in air traffic control. Upon discharge, he returned to the university. Employment as an air traffic controller became available. He spent the next 33 years with the Federal Aviation Administration in various parts of the USA. He has drawn on events in his life to bring this book into being.
