Judith Perkins was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. After years of working in retail and insurance, she and her husband retired to travel around the United States in their motorhome. They have the distinction of being in all the lower 48 states. They now make their home in Tacoma, WA. Judy is active in her local Kiwanis Club, serving the children of her community.
