Today, with the busyness in life, people forget to take care of themselves. They forget to put God first and health a close second. Sometimes the simple things make a big difference such as trying something new. Putting salt in your shoes is a small step that could lead to big changes. According to a centuries old practice, salt, an organic and inexpensive product, when put in one’s shoes, helps to reconnect a person with his soul. This helps one to stay grounded and have peace within, or simply, just stay dry. Another health hack is that one could magnify his blood which improves circulation and one’s energy level. These things keep my body in a healthy state of mind with zero pain.
