Gloria Iatridis is an Inuvialuit writer, born and raised in Tuktoyaktuk, Northwest Territories, Canada, and an award-Winning author of Booked: A Strong Start for Your Child Actor. Whether writing a guidebook/memoir or a children’s story, Gloria is passionate about telling stories from an Indigenous lens. Her goal is to create books that reflect Indigenous culture, values, and traditions, while inspiring readers of all ages. Through simple, engaging stories, she helps children and youth read and see their families, communities and culture celebrated on the page.

Olivia Kate Iatridis is an Inuvialuit actress, Artist, and award-Winning co-author of Booked: A Strong Start for Your Child Actor. Olivia shares her mother’s passion for storytelling rooted in Indigenous experience and brings that vision to life through her art. With a background in film and a love for creative expression, Olivia Kate’s illustrations capture the beauty, warmth, and adventure of childhood in the remote arctic while helping children recognize themselves and their culture in the stories they read.
