    ReadersMagnet is committed to helping authors jumpstart their publishing and book marketing efforts, and the Los Angeles Book Confab is one of the company’s unique initiatives to help authors raise their brand profiles, reach out to a wider audience, and build visibility.

    The Book Confab is designed to provide authors with the platform and the opportunity to share their publishing journey and masterpieces before a crowd of independent and self-published authors, as well as interested readers. This event helps an author spread the word about their book via live-streamed discussions. The two-day event also aims to help attending authors practice their discussions for their appearance at the 2025 Los Angeles Times Festival of Books.

    Not an RM author yet? The Los Angeles Book Confab is also open to authors who are not under the ReadersMagnet roster. Via the open mic showcase, attending non-RM authors will have the opportunity to shine alongside their peers.
