The sun beats down and the wildflowers bloom in Tucson, AZ, the venue for the Tucson Festival of Books. Over 130,000 visitors flock to this two-day open-air festival to celebrate their love for books.
Over 350 authors attend the Tucson Festival of Books to do book reading sessions, panel discussions, meet-and-greet, and book signing sessions. The book festival also features a wide and exciting variety of events and exhibits, including cultural programs, community seminars, kids’ activities, professional writers’ contests and conferences, and Science City, a special STEM programming for children and teens. Admission is free and proceeds from donations will help support local literacy programs in southern Arizona.
