LibLearnX: The Library Learning Experience

Formerly called the American Library Association (ALA) Midwinter Meeting, LibLearnX: The Library Learning Experience (LLX) is a must-attend learning experience for library professionals from all library types and at all career levels.
Now on its first physical edition (and second overall), LibLearnX carries forward popular events from the ALA Midwinter, including big-name speakers, awards ceremonies, and an exhibit hall. The show primarily focuses on a strong and interactive slate of programming – an “active learning experience” featuring an array of sessions, such as hands-on workshops, bite-size sessions, and other shorter, more informal offerings designed to match preferred learning styles with an emphasis on experiential learning.
At LibLearnX, attendees will immensely benefit from discussions and exchanges that will impact the future of libraries and their communities. The show provides attendees with the ideal venue to interact with each other, discuss ideas and plans, explore solutions to problems they encounter, and, above all, celebrate their colleagues and favorite authors at the awards ceremonies.
Attendees should also look forward to the LLX Marketplace, where exhibitors, including ReadersMagnet, will put their newest titles, technologies, and services on display.
Through LibLearnX, the ALA membership pushes for a more collaborative and interactive professional community of library officials at all levels. The show is open to ALA members and non-members.
