This is J. Stewart Willis’s second novel. He has an extensive background. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy and the graduate school of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, the latter with a Ph.D. in Physics. He served overseas and later as a manager of the nuclear waste project in Nevada with industry. He served for nine years as the elected mayor of Washington, Virginia (often referred to as Little Washington).
