With virtual book fairs and digital conferences taking over, the year 2021 should be a great year for the following national and international book events.

With the recent success of virtual book events like the 2020 LA Times Festival of Books and last month’s New York Library Association Virtual Conference and Trade Show, it is safe to say that many book event organizers are gearing up for the coming year. With luck and the pandemic contained by that time, we could be seeing many book events next year. In the meantime, here are the book events to look forward to this 2021. Enjoy!

The most important book event in Asia, the 2021 Beijing International Book Fair is expected to commence with a bang this August.

2021 Frankfurt International Book Fair

While the BIBF is the largest book event in Asia and the world’s largest market, the world’s largest book trade fair is happening every year in Germany.
